March Peat Madness kicked off with what we thought were 16 of the best peated scotches available. After posting the shootout, we received a bunch of suggestions for scotches we didn’t include. This led up to the second 16 bottle shootout titled The Peat Strikes Back.
We decided to take the best of both shootouts and combine them for a third shootout titled (courtesy of DHSILV2) Make America Peated Again. One caveat, we decided to add the Longrow 13 Year Malbec finish after we received several requests to include it and it was available in our area. Special thanks to our Patreon supporters who really helped these shootouts to happen.
Vote for who you think will win:
Make America Peated Again begins Saturday 5/19/18 at 9am Central time. Voting will end then. Below I’ve included our brackets and the dates they’ll air. You are looking at the best 16 bottles of 33 bottles. Each bracket a winner will advance to the championship.
Check out our merchandise also for bumper stickers related to the shootout. Also if you go to our Shirt Shop (after 5/19) you can order the shirts and posters featured during Make America Peated Again.

How can you leave out the standard in this class, lagavulin 16
We had the 16 in the first shootout, March Peat Madness, and it didn’t advance. It was up against some heavy hitters though too.
Shout out to you boys! We have not been in touch but know that we still love the Dummies!
Keep up the GREAT work!
Thanks Darren!
